⇀ Prices in USD. { I will send you an invoice! }➡ Payment must be made within a 24 hour time period unless stated otherwise.
⇀ { 48hrs if requested }➡ Payment must be given to me upfront. I will not start on your commission until I have received full payment. This is non-negotiable.➡ No payment/confirmation within 24-48 hours will result in the termination of your commission form and slot.➡ If you cannot pay within 24 hours, we can discuss an arrangement. Should you break that arrangement, you will lose your commission slot..:: Stipulations ::.➡ I have the right to raise prices depending on character complexity. You will be informed prior to the invoice being sent if that is necessary.➡ I reserve the right to deny any commission if I feel uncomfortable/uncertain/or unqualified to draw it.➡ I DO NOT accept description-based commissions.

⇀{ Character design commissions will raise the price }.:: WIPS and EDITS ::.➡ Edits are constricted to the WIP stages. 3 edits are applicable for any commission free of charge. 1 Minor edit will only be applicable for finished products.➡ If more than 3 edits ( +1 minor edit ) are requested, you will be charged for every subsequent edit afterward..:: Refund Policy ::.➡ Any refund that is initiated by the Commissioner is entitled to partial repayment.➡ HOWEVER, If a Commissioner initiates a refund after the two month period stated, you are entitled to a full refund IF AND ONLY IF NO progress has been made on the commission.
⇀ ( Ex: If I have sketched your commission, shown you WIPs, lineart, etc you will receive partial payment. If I have done no work at all on it, you will get a full refund. )➡ Any refund that is initiated by the Artist is entitled to full repayment..:: Commercial Rights ::.➡ You may use a piece for your own personal/home use.➡ You are NOT allowed to edit my completed work without my prior permission. If you would like an edit, please contact me.➡ You are welcome to re-upload YOUR commission to YOUR own personal social media outlet ONLY if you provide proper sourcing and/or a link back to the original submission.➡ I reserve the right to upload the piece to any website where I am promoting my artwork.➡ I hold full rights over any artwork I create. All physical/digital products including artwork of mine that were made with the express purpose of profit, including but not limited to prints, mugs, key chains, tee-shirts, etc. MAY NOT BE SOLD WITHOUT WRITTEN, EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM ME, A CONTRACT, AND A COMMERCIAL RIGHTS PAYMENT.
